Westgate Christmas
The house was cosy and comfortable with lots of space for our group of 7. We liked the close proximity to the beach and the high street. We appreciated the good wifi and the TV that has been upgraded since the pictures were taken for the listing. Beds and bedding were warm and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped (though cutlery was not quite enough for a meal with more than one course). Some of the dining chairs have seen better days but we liked that not everything is in new condition, as it felt more like a family home. More hanging space would have been useful in the bedrooms and a lock on the main bathroom door would have been appreciated for our group. We enjoyed the lovely welcome hamper, the beautiful Christmas tree and excellent communication from the owner. We may be back!

Wonderful house in a wonderful location
We had a great holiday - minutes from the sea and just a few km walk to Margate. The house has great space and very comfortable - we spent a lot of time in the garden and the kitchen is very well equipped to cook for everyone! Thanks Kathryn

We live in South-East London and fell in love with Westgate after visiting with friends. We have 3 young daughters (aged 5 and under!) so the house is well equipped to host families with little-ones.

We love spending time on the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away and taking the girls on our bikes to Margate. The Bus Cafe and the Sun Deck is a must-visit!
