About this property

Villa sul Mare

The villa, an elegant historic residence consisting of four apartments, is located across from the Cala Gonone marina and the main beach, offering a fantastic panoramic view of the sea.
Its strategic location is ideal for a relaxing holiday; in fact, you can walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, the post office, and ATMs.
Furthermore, since you’re just a stone’s throw from the marina, you can hop on a boat bound for the stunning coves of the Gulf of Orosei without having to search for parking or tire yourself out with long walks in the sun.
