What a little GEM this is

We were surprised by the warm welcome with a gift to start the day after the long journey. The house is great, the pool perfect, the surroundings great, so nearby Ciutadella and Punta , simply a villa that above expectations. Communication was also great, they have a great customer service team. We will def go back again:-) When you find yourselves a pack of playing cards, you know my only comment was dealt with :-)

Excellent property

Just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable 2 weeks at Flormertor 2. The villa isnt the most attractive on the outside but that didnt detract from the fact that it is spacious and well equipped. The grounds are private and covered parking for the car is always a bonus. The little welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch and mauter villas quickly and efficiently assisted with one small issue we had with the air con. Bars and restaurants in Cala Blanes are about a 20 minute walk if you're feeling energetic or just a couple of minutes in the car. Overall a lovely base to explore the island from.

Villa très pratique, permettant de passer de superbe moment en famille ou entre amis.

L'emplacement est parfait (proximité plage en voiture et centre ville à 25 minutes à pied, mercado à proximité également). Le service est de qualité avec une réactivité à toute épreuve. En espérant revenir bientôt Une partie des climatisations ne fonctionnaient paset une des douches fuyaient. Sinon c'était plus que parfait

Agréable séjour, villa bien situé rapport qualité prix au top !

Une surprise a l'arrivée (petits cadeaux). Nous aurions aimé avoir des condiments a disposition (poivre par exemple) , quelques pastilles de lave vaisselle. Au niveau des serviettes, totalement adaptée. il nous manquait le gel douche, shampoing comme annoncé.

Was all very clean. Air-con was a blessing. We were left alone to enjoy it all whilst knowing help was available if we needed it. Check in was very easy directions and entry instructions straight forward. Thanks MauterVillas for a great stay! Une partie des climatisations ne fonctionnaient pas et une des douches fuyaient. Sinon c'était plus que parfait.
