Three very close sea access including one next to the house 2 minutes walk and beach 5 minutes walk. Shops very close on foot (2 to 5 minutes). Historic Center of Cuitadella 5 minutes by car. Many walks and sites to discover.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with large closets, 1 bathroom and toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and toilet.
