The property is very comfortable with a magnificent view. A bit scary drive to reach it in narrow curves. A bit disappointed in the amenities, paying extra for sheets and electricity, the only welcome is a bit of salt one roll of toilet paper for 4 days as a welcome to guests a bit on the cheap side. If some corrections are made, a great place to stay

stunning view

really clean. comfortable beds. really steep driveway up to the house but otherwise super easy to get to Cefalu. Very secure. Hot water doesn't last long. There are two room heaters but both were out of gas or not working and the mornings were cold in May. Really beautiful landscaping, great open space in living and kitchen area. Absolutely stunning vista. Overall a great place to stay but you need a car. Not near any public transportation.

Phantastische Aussicht

Die Lage der Villa ist phantastisch, die Ausstattung entsprach den Beschreibungen und den Erwartungen. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass in der Woche 3 mal die Wasserversorgung ausfiel. Die Fehler wurden schnell beseitigt und am Abreisetag eine neue Wasserpumpe eingebaut. Hinweis: Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, unser gemieteter Kleinwagen schaffte die Steigung so gerade eben. Beim Check-in gab es kleines Problem verursacht durch die automatische Übersetzung. Dort hieß es: neben dem Einfahrtstor ist eine kleine weiße Tür.., die Tür war die Tür des Briefkastens. Wir dachten zuerst wir stehen vor dem falschen Tor, weil wir eine Eingangstür gesucht hatten.

Das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten

Es ist so schön und gemütlich hier, wirklich ein Traum. Das Haus und das große Grundstück hat alles, was man braucht und die Lage und der Ausblick sind herrlich.

Die Lage war idyllisch und das Haus sehr schön. Allerdings war der Service schlecht. Wir mussten zu zweit 34€ Strom für 4 Nächte bezahlen. Obwohl wir Handtücher und Bettwäsche für zusätzliche 16€ pro Person gemietet haben, stand uns weder Abwaschlappen, Spülmittel noch Geschirrtuch zur Verfügung. Das sollten wir uns im Supermarkt kaufen. Im Haus gab es einen Fön. Nur leider keine passende Steckdose und einen Adapter hatten wir nicht dabei.

Tolles Ferienhaus, guter Service

Das Ferienhaus entspricht voll den Darstellungen auf den Fotos. Wir hatten Probleme mit Heizung und Internet, der Vermieter bzw. die Agentur sind abends noch mit Gasflaschen angerückt. Die Aussicht ist toll, das Haus bietet Platz für 4, wahrscheinlich auch 6 Personen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. eingeschaltetem Büro einwandfrei. Der Wasserdurchlauf in der Dusche ist etwas spärlich.
