Ground floor.

WC in downstairs entrance Hall. Open plan living/dining/kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Dining table and chairs. The Lounge is furnished with 2 sofas and TV/DVD. Patio doors open onto furnished patio with brick built BBQ

First Floor

2 bedrooms, One double room with walkin wardrobe and one twin bedroom. Shared bathroom with shower over bath.

Sorry no smoking allowed in the cottage.

Bed Linen and Towels are provided. Highchair and travel cot available on request.

Guests also have free access to The Bays swimming pool, steam room, sauna and state of the art gym.

A gem of a place

What can we say the stay was clean comfortable and really relaxed it was a special touch to have a welcome pack too! Much appreciated the house had close by parking was quiet and great for access to facilities and Filey! We had so much fun here so worth it.

Lovely property

A nice property and in a good location. Parking was a bit of a pain as there was none available outside the property and it was very busy on the streets. Clean property and was ok for a couple of days. The beds unfortunately were not comfortable at all. They didn’t have any support and with having a bad back it was an uncomfortable night. We all had the same opinion of the foam mattresses. Would be good to have more toiletries and toilet rolls etc. Jo was very responsive and I’d have loved to have given a higher rating but the beds mainly let this prop down. The neighbours had a very loud karaoke night too that went on until about 1am. As they are holiday lets you prob won’t have that issue.

Holiday at The Bay

Nice comfortable property at the Bay. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoy being in Filey and had a great time. There is so much to do in the area.

The Bay is fab but the property is tired and needs updating and needs a really good clean 😱

Every room needs updating. Sofa's old, kitchen not enough cooking trays. Carpets stained. Mattress in bedroom 1 so hard had to sleep on pillows for comfort. Shower head really dirty . Really not impressed and wouldn't go to this property again.

Hi thank you for staying with us, although I’m am astounded by your feedback. This property has been recently decorated and has been thoroughly cleaned. I only have ever had great feedback about this property and most people seem to like the firmer mattress. Sorry you felt the need to write this review
