3 Point View is our luxury apartment available for let within Point View. It is a three bedroom apartment and sleeps five guests.
The apartment is equipped to a very high standard and has a large open plan kitchen, living room and dining area which is perfect for entertaining. There is also a garden and decking area to the rear of the property designated to apartment 3, complete with table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine - a perfect place to watch the sunset over the rural Downend hills!

Located within a secure development with private car park and intercom entry system, all of this is just a 5 minute walk away from the famous surfing beach that is Croyde Bay.

Available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, a perfect apartment to relax in after a long day at the beach and just a short walk away from the centre of Croyde, which has a wonderful selection of pubs and cafes, all with extensive menus, not to mention the famous delicious local Ice Cream parlour. Additionally, there are a selection of surf shops to hire or buy anything you could possibly need to go and relax on the beach or hit the surf.

Amazing property, fantastic location, particularly great for easy access to the beach and surf hire

Lovely modern fixtures and fittings. Great location. Toilet flush in ensuite a little hit and miss, but the view from the back of the house was beautiful. Didn't get to use the back garden as it was a little too rainy, but would have been nice in summer.

Great break away

Great location. Property lovely. Would have loved to have stayed in the ground floor apartment with use of hot tub. Did mention some repair works that needed doing, ie. bulbs replacement, shower issues but not done during our stay unfortunately. Was told hadn't had time to do this between changeovers. This would have made our stay better.

Perfect beach location

Great experience from start to finish. The only problem is that we had to leave! Owner and team were really helpful pre arrival with useful information. The place was amazing and very modern and clean. The location was excellent, so easy to access the beach and town without needing a car! Thank you to Tess and team for a great holiday. Croyde Beach Break

We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean, modern and comfortable throughout. The only issue was that there inevitably noise from the other apartments so a ‘lay in’ was not possible. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place but if you are a family with younger children the location and proximity to the beach can’t be beaten. Will definitely be visiting Croyde again.

I'm afraid that in general Croyde is very busy in the summer months, especially this year given the pandemic and restrictions on travelling abroad. As a family we have been visiting Croyde for 35 years, it became our second home and so nearly 12 years ago we invested in two of the apartments within Point View which we have been successfully running as a family.
In 2021 we invested in a further two apartments within Point View and we are very proud of them all. With their fantastic location and luxury specification we hope our guests enjoy them just as much as we do!
