Great hosts of a beautiful property in a wonderful location and hope to return soon.
Great, really welcoming warm modern interior, with great facilities and ample space for the whole family to enjoy and relax. Also made a great base to explore East Anglia and was made very welcome by Lucy.
We stayed at this property for a family birthday. The property is fantastic - it had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend and the owners have gone above and beyond to ensure it makes for a fantastic stay. Great communication with the owner and flexibility in our stay.
The house is wonderful and finished to an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a large house for a celebration.

Thank you for the lovely review Leah and I'm so pleased you had a great weekend!
A spacious, comfortable, well equipped property that facilitated two young children, 4 middle aged adults, 3 in pension years and a dog. We stayed in a heat wave which was difficult. The house and gardens enabled us to have great time together. Lucy, the owner was very nice and helpful. Recommended.

What makes this property unique
We are close to nowhere but in the middle of everywhere. Though off the beaten track, we are close to the main road links for Norfolk and Suffolk and all that these amazing counties have to offer in terms of beautiful coastlines, wildlife, museums, children's activities and shopping.
