This is a great old property, equipped to a high standard and located on historic Elm Hill which is a perfect base to explore Norwich.
The welcome basket of , scones, jam & clotted cream, milk & a bottle of wine along with kitchen basics were a nice touch and much appreciated.
The bedrooms were all a good size, well decorated and very comfortable. Although bedroom three on the top floor would benefit from a wardrobe or a small hanging rail.
The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve stayed in, plenty of glasses, plates etc.
The garden space was a sun trap and perfect for relaxing after a day’s sightseeing. Again we’ll equipped with sufficient seating and a fire pit!
Parking nearby at the Monastery Court Car park was expensive if used overnight but useful for short time when dropping off luggage - plenty of cheaper parking in east walking distance.
Would highly recommend for families or friends looking for a quality rental close to the centre.
