On the ground floor there are separate sets of patio doors that leading to a very large, south facing terrace. The ground floor also boasts a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and two twin bedrooms. Both bedrooms have the luxury of en-suite bathrooms. Leading from a spiral staircase is a large master bedroom with a private terrace, two further bedrooms and a large bathroom which includes a walk in shower and a Jacuzzi bath. Within the complex there is also a communal swimming pool with showering and changing room facilities. This apartment is ideal for both serious golfing groups as well as families looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Parties at the property are strictly forbidden, and the host retains the right to evict tenants should this rule be breached in any way. Booking requests from groups with less than two people over 40 years old will have their booking rejected. This property is managed exclusively by Anda Homes.
