There's also plenty left behind when the tide abates again such as the locally coined 'black shells' or mussels. Every visit to the bay is an adventure in itself and a must for visitors.

The property is a short 5 minute drive to Carndonagh, a busy market and shopping town. You can grab all your essentials there or relax and eat in one of the many fine eateries there.
