Pessima esperienza, persone inaffidabili ed in mala fede.

L'esperienza è stata negativa sin dall'inizio. La titolare ha fatto confusione ed ha cercato di costringerci a cancellare la prenotazione dal portale con la perdita contestuale del 50% di quanto pagato come penale. Poi mi sono messo in contatto col portale e l'hanno costretta a confermare la nostra prenotazione. Arrivati nell'alloggio, procedura farraginosa per entrare, ai limiti di un triller. La casa era sporca, alcuni letti con peli e capelli, dei due bagni presenti uno è un bagno in camera quindi utilizzabile solo da chi occupa quello spazio. Dei 14 posti letto previsti ben 6 sono ricavati con dei separé posti nei corridoi quindi di fatto inutilizzabili per una questione di mancanza di privacy, tanto che ben 6 persone sono andate via preferendo di pernottare in albergo, quindi con un danno economico. Dulcis in fundo la titolare si è rifiutata dopo innumerevoli richieste di rilasciarmi una ricevuta che mi avrebbe permesso di ottenere un rimborso, quindi al danno la beffa! Sconsiglio a chiunque di avere a che fare con questa gente e consiglio di non fidarsi da nessun punto di vista. Evitate, fatevela alla larga! Da una 5 stelle: 0 stelle. Tutto negativo.

Considerati i danni subiti in appartamento, documentabili da foto e la quantità di immondizia lasciata in ogni camera (4 sacchi neri enormi sono stati raccolti con cibo appiccicato in ogni lenzuolo), la pretesa di un check in anticipato e di una fattura richiesta dopo l’emissione di ricevuta, in data antecedente al check out e la maleducazione con innumerevoli telefonate prima del check in per pretese di spostamento di data e cancellazione di prenotazione sotto data, sono stata fin troppo educata a non buttarli fuori durante il soggiorno! La suddivisione delle camere e dei letti sono ben visibili nelle foto! Ospiti da cancellare!
