Dear guests, first of all, I’d like to wish you a wonderful time at the campground!
All chalets have Wi-Fi, and you can stream content on the TV—for example, YouTube, or, if you have a subscription, Netflix or similar services. There is no satellite connection, so you won’t be able to watch the standard TV channels you’re used to at home.
The campground owner wants to minimise traffic on the grounds since children are playing and running around; therefore, only cars towing a caravan or carrying a tent are allowed on the campground. The rest of the guests must transport their luggage using the handcarts provided.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a parking key so you can park your car for free in the campground’s car park; however, please note that the car park is locked from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM the following morning, so if you return after 11:00 PM, you’ll need to park your car outside the campground.
Upon arrival, you’ll need to fill out a rental form, which requires your ID number, so don’t forget to bring it with you.
This luxury chalet (built in 2016) measures 10 metres long and 3.80 metres wide and features double-glazed windows—so no fogged-up windows! It has one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (70 x 200 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner gas stove, range hood, coffee maker, and microwave.
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a nice, spacious shower!
Outside, you’ll find a luxurious lounge set, a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs, 2 luxurious adjustable sun loungers, and a large umbrella. This guarantees a perfect time in the sun!
The chalet is equipped with pillows and comforters; bed linens are not included!
You can bring your own, or you can rent it for €15 per person per stay, including a towel.
You’ll receive 1 gas cylinder per stay; additional cylinders are at your own expense.
Parking in the campground’s car park is free for 1 car; you’ll receive a key for it.
This luxury chalet was built in 2016 and is situated in one of the campground’s most beautiful spots in terms of sun exposure and shelter from the wind… and the campground is in a perfect location… 1,000 metres from Europe’s unique widest beach and, of course, close to the pier and the beautiful harbour of IJmuiden.
You can also visit some great cities—Haarlem and Amsterdam are about 25 km away, and Keukenhof is, of course, a must-see! It’s 40 km away.
You can also rent bikes at the campground and take a lovely bike ride through the dunes to, for example, Zandvoort, which is about 7 km away via the beach.
Once again, we hope you have a wonderful time!
Warm regards,
Bob Lok
