Cosy, panoramic and spacious attic studio with a very convenient location at the hearth of Verbier
It has an unique chalet charm.
One of the highest viewing point of the village, offers breath-taking views on the glacier and the picturesque alpine landscape around.
The generous size of the indoor and outdoor surface, together with the south exposition, makes of it a lovely corner for idyllic recharging moments.

The space
GREAT LOCATION
Located in the very center of the village, 5 mins walk from Place Central, shops bars and restaurants.
You can find supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center and laundry service at the ground-floor of the very same building.
SPACIOUS STUDIO
The apartment spreads over an indoor surface of 55m2 and a terrace of 9m2. It is composed of two main areas, a high-ceiling living space and a lower, cosy sleeping niche.
PANORAMIC TERRACE
Great exposition to the sun and stunning view of the mountains, the village and the slopes.
Generous surface comfortably furnished to properly enjoy it.
KITCHEN & BATHROOM
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need plus some devices to make you feel home: capsule coffee machine, Bialetti moka, blender, 4-slice toaster and milk foamer for cappuccino.
Bathroom is in very good condition, recently renovated, and accommodates a washing machine.
PRIVATE PARKING
Underground private parking is available for you included in the price.
The width of our spot is 2,45 meters and has walls on both sides. Depending on your car, this might be narrow. We use it with a large car but it is not very comfortable to get out of the car once parked.
EASY ACCESS TO THE SLOPES
12 minutes walk from Medran, few steps away from the free-shuttle to the slopes, both Medran and La Tzoumaz - Savoleyres.
FAST INTERNET
The internet connection is fast and very stable, perfectly suitable for streaming and working from home.
There is a projector with a screen and access to Netflix (Apple TV).
GOOD SLEEP
The double size bed is 180cm wide, the mattresses are in natural materials and you’ll find a topper for your extra comfort. The single bed is 90cm.
Different duvets and pillows are available.
INDOOR QUALITY OF AIR
In the mountains air is pure and clean but tends to be dry.
You'll find an electric humidifier with clean filters at your disposal if needed.

The care and attention we give to every details will be there for you to see.
