Unser erster Spanienurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in Playa de Gandia. Es ist ein sehr schöner Touristischer Ort mit viel Leben. Das Apartment liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum gepflegten Strand - Die Lage ist top! Unterhalb des Apartments gibt es eine gut besuchte Eisdiele, die ist zwar recht geräuschintensiv, aber auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Würde Spanien nicht so weit entfernt liegen, würden wir nie mehr nach Italien fahren!

Hemos estado muy bien. El apartamento tiene de todo y está cómodo y limpio. Muy playero. Obviamente hay ruido como en todo apartamento en primera línea de playa y con locales de restauración. Pero es lo que nos pedía el cuerpo estas vacaciones. La playa fantástica y muy limpia. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Los baños muy nuevos y disfrutables. La cocina completamente equipada. La plaza de parking a 3 minutos caminando. Amplia y segura. Mucha gracias por todo, ojalá podamos repetir

Buena situación

Marta ha sido muy amable en todo momento y ha contestado rápidamente. Solicité entrar antes y no hubo ningún problema. En general la casa está bien: es muy amplia, cuenta con lavadora, menaje, toallas, sábanas, tendedero, etc. Y las camas son muy cómodas, algo que es de agradecer. Por poner alguna pega, es una casa vieja y en el baño hay cortina, con lo que el agua se salía de la ducha cada vez que la usábamos. La ubicación, por una parte está muy bien porque está en el paseo y cerca de bares, restaurantes, tiendas (hay un Spar muy cerca) aunque también es un contra, ya que al estar en primera línea de playa (y encima de una cafetería y heladerías) hay ruido hasta altas horas de la mañana y a primera hora de la mañana (aunque cuando hemos estado nosotros había toque de queda, pero si no lo hubiera sería un contra si vas a descansar). Pero en general hemos estado a gusto y a un paso de la playa, algo que es de agradecer cuando hace mucho calor y cuando quieres ir a casa. Sobre todo con niños pequeños.

Gracias por tu comentario. Respecto a la localización, poco podemos hacer pero este año hemos reformado los dos baños, ahora ambos tienen ducha con mampara, y la cocina. Además de las facilidades que ya tenía hemos instalado lavavajillas y cafetera nespresso. Además todas las habitaciones y el salón disponen de aire acondicionado por conductos.
