The house is adorable, well-appointed, and immaculate. Location is ideal because the neighborhood is lovely and quiet but it’s a short walk to town. I definitely hope to stay there again.
Great accommodation to stay for up to 4 people especially if family. The place is spacious and location was perfect but i would have wished for a bit more privacy between the 2 rooms/bathroom which makes it perfect for a family of 4, instead of 2 sets of adult couples as we were. Overall, excellent stay!
We stayed in Cozy Point again, and the cabin is wonderful. Well renovated and decorated, and it is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need to make your stay easy and comfortable.
We have stayed in several different properties of Sarah’s. She is the only person in Aiken we rent from! We will definitely be renting her places again next year.
We loved the cottage. It is very charming, quiet, well-appointed, we’d stay there again. We liked seeing the horses in the yard. The only improvement is the sofa is small. Otherwise perfect!!
This home is located in a lovely neighborhood, we were visiting to attend The Masters tournament and did not pay much attention to our Aiken location until we arrived. The tree lined streets, beautiful hosre farms and the revenoted hostoric homes including thie Cozy gem are so welcoming. The location to downtown Aiken and it's charm is a bonus. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you 😊
THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN LOVINGLY RESTORED BY ITS WONDERFUL OWNERS TO PERFECTION ALL THE WHILE IN KEEPING WITH ITS HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE. IT IS A GEM OFFERING MORE THAN I EVER IMAGINED. I WILL BE BACK.
Cozy Point is a great property. The house was full of light, comfortable, and as the name implies, cozy. The house was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. We would definitely stay at this property again
This house was perfect for our short stay for the Masters. It is close to downtown Aiken with lots of unique shops and restaurants. Easy drive back and forth to Augusta. The house itself is charming and cozy like the name implies...would definitely stay again!
This was a dream vacation, the house is one of a kind, in the best location in the horse district of Aiken. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were able to rent the adjoining stalls and paddocks for our horses. I will definitely be coming back.
What a beautifully restored cottage. Roomy, lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Nestled in lush landscaping in the peaceful horse district. Loved the home and location.
Cozy Point was truly lovely in every way! A quiet, tucked away location, very pretty decor, exterior had wonderful curb appeal, beds were very comfy! Sarah and Jim were also wonderful owners and very helpful during our stay. Highly, highly recommend!
We had a great stay at this lovely historic cottage. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was very close (walkable) to Bruce’s Field where we were horse showing, and also very convenient to downtown. It’s very peaceful looking out and seeing the horses grazing in the neighboring fields. Easy check in and communication with owner. Will definitely stay again!
This is the best kept secret in Aiken! Lovely house. Lovely area. Bed linens were cozy and comfortable. It is the cutest cottage. Great for people with dogs. Lots of nice dirt roads to walk on. As a former resident of Aiken, I really enjoyed being in this part of town.
This is our 2nd time staying here and we are looking forward to the 3rd. The house is clean, well appointed and in a great location. Not to mention what a pleasure it is to work with the owner. Great place!
We went to Aiken to ride in the Hitchcock woods. This location was perfect for us and for our horses. You can ride to the woods and the facilities are perfect. The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed. Looking forward to going back.
