Nice place!
The apartment is located in a good area, secured, with parking, and all the necessary amenities to be comfortable. It’s fairly new, with comfortable beds, and good a/c in the bedrooms.
I recommend it for adults only. The balcony is not fenced in, so I’ll be nervous for that reason, if my kids were in the apartment with me.
But overall it’s a good place for a good value!
