Super appartment with fantastic view on the sea

Nazareth is super friendly, the communication was perfect and the appartment was really nice and the view was fantastic, all you need is nearby and to the beach it's only a 3 minute walk- we will come again!

We loved the apartment and the location. It was located at the most perfect place with walking distance to everything, restaurants, cafés, beach, stores. The apartment is very quiet and the view is stunning! Nasareth it very helpful and we have already booked for next year!!

Maria was fantastic

We had a wonderful week. The apartment is in a fantastic location, with a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. It is in quiet area, but still near enough to walk to everything you need. However, the main attraction of this property was the services of Maria - she was so helpful and always available when we needed her. Thanks Maria!

Stunning

Absolutely stunning apartment, everything you could need was there. The location was ideal, close enough to Playa and Christianos but in a quiet spot. 2 minute walk to the beach. The view over the bay from the enormous balcony (with the sun on it all day) was a delight. If I wanted to buy a property out there, this would up near the top of the list. Thank you Maria.

Amazing view

This is our second time renting this apartment. We love the view and the terrace. The apartment is is very clean and has all the equipment you will need in the kitchen and laundry room. The location is perfect and the area is quiet and nice. The store is just across the road so it is very easy to bye all you need. Also very nice and friendly neighbours in the building.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location (but no garage)

Spacious, clean and comfortable penthouse flat with large balcony which gets the sun virtually all day. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing info: VRBO listing states, 'pool/spa with fence around the pool'. Neither the pool, spa or fence seem to exist, VRBO listing for car parking states, 'on site options, including garage' There is no garage and 'on site options' means hunting for scarce road parking or paying for expensive (and busy) car parks. Additionally, several days before our departure - and because there were no new arrivals coming that day - we agreed a fee of 50 euros with Nazereth (the agent) to check-out at 4:30pm instead of 11am. Then on the actual day of departure the owner tried to get is to pay a full day rate before we compromised on 75 euro to check-out apporx 5 hrs late. Seemed rather petty for the sake of 25eu.
