About this property

Taormina Suite is in the center of Bardolino and in a quiet area

The Taormina Suite is on the ground floor of an elegant detached house with 2 residences, each with their own entrance and a large well kept, private courtyard and garden.
It is situated on the corner of a quiet residential street in the town centre just a short stroll away from the historic centre of Bardolino.

From the 1st of April till the 15th of October, cleaning (every 3 days) and a generous breakfast in the breakfast-room of our small hotel are included.

The Suite is 74 sqm. and has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, 2 balconies, shower-room and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge etc.

The courtyard is furnished with tables and chairs and is a perfect spot to relax in the shade of the magnolia.

The Suite also has high speed WIFI connection, air conditioning, central heating, mosquito screens and electric shutters.
There is parking space for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.

THE MAIN BEDROOM - 16.5 sqm
Double bed 180 x 200 cm, or 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm with comfortable, fireproof mattresses 25 cm.
TV LED 32" with national and international channels.
2 windows fitted with mosquito screens and shutters.
Desk and large wardrobe.

THE SECOND BEDROOM – 10 sqm. Plus balcony 2.7 sqm.
Large single bed 140 x 190 cm with comfortable fireproof mattress 25 cm.
TV LED 32" with national and international channels.
Terrace.
The window has electric shutters and curtains and fitted with mosquito screens.

THE BATHROOM
Shower cabin with shampoo dispenser.
Toilet, bidet and sink.
Hairdryer.
The window is fitted with mosquito screens.

THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN - 26.9 sqm.

THE LIVINGROOM
Three seater sofa (sofa bed) and armchair.
TV LED 42" with national and international channels.
Terrace.
The window is fitted with electric shutters and curtains and mosquito screens.

THE KITCHEN
Fullly equiped with cutlery and china.
Oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and all the other usual kitchen appliances.
