Newly refurbished cottage has everything you need for a couple, family, or friends. Enclosed garden, parking and plenty of extras to make your stay easy; beach accessories, dog treats, etc.
Quiet area, big beaches & picturesque Wolds.

Beautifully kept property with very friendly owners in a lovely village; friendly and with some lovely walks; perfect to be active and outdoors, but warm and cosy in the winter evenings ..
A super cottage that exceeded our expectations; surprisingly spacious, very well appointed and clean Only stayed for 3 nights but location great to visit Lincoln, then pop over to the coast with the dog the following day.Village lovely and pub nearby a bonus. Contact from host prefect and notes on things like the heating and foibles of the cottage very useful.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and we'll be looking to stay again at some point.
Our long weekend at Cosy Cottage was perfect. The owners have gone to so much trouble to make everything comfortable and welcoming. The property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The beds are very comfy and the cottage is warm and well appointed. Location is excellent, both within the village of Tealby itself (walks, tea shop, pub) and more generally, within the Lincolnshire Wolds. We felt our dogs were welcome and the whole weekend was so relaxed. Cannot recommend the cottage highly enough and definitely plan to return.
This is a perfect place to stay.
The cottage wants for absolutely nothing, every need has been covered.
Beautifully decorated and furnished with excellent taste.
So many thoughtful touches, it is 5* luxury.
Even treats and a bed for your dog, should you bring one.
And by the way the photos do not do it justice, couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the front day.
Tealby is the most idyllic and pretty village and so peaceful.
It also boasts a excellent and proper country pub, and a very lovely vintage tea room.
I will definitely be back.

Hello Viv,
Thank you for leaving the glowing review. We work very hard to ensure that our guests have an amazing experience at our property and your kind words make it all worth it.
Thank you and hope to see you again! Have a lovely week!
The cottage looks lovely from the outside and even better once you get inside. the owners have clearly taken a lot of time and effort to provide everything you need for your stay. I used a pair of light washable slippers provided. The kitchen was full of extras like cooking oil, and a welcome basket with biscuits and eggs. All the toiletries were M&S or high quality. loads of towels, etc. WIFI good TV with Prime video. Local pub nice, village stunning. The fords and watermill house over the river that runs through the village was right out of a Gainsborough painting. The cottage has a great garden with loads of room and a sitting area and sun house. There is parking (bit of a squeeze) at the rear as well. But as the village is ancient the addition of cars was a secondary consideration, and it does work though. Lovely place, lovely venue, lovely facilities provided by as great owner. Thank you.
