Located in the heart of the Gallura countryside in the north of Sardinia.

The villa is arranged on 2 floors with the main accommodation on the upper floor having been recently refurbished. It comprises of a furnished veranda, enjoying evening sun overlooking the front garden, leading into a spacious open plan lounge/diner with well equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The lounge area has a sofa bed, TV, DVD player (built into the TV), Bluetooth speaker and the dining area has a table seating up to 6. Double doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool which enjoys morning sunshine and far reaching views over the countryside, furnished with handmade table and benches.

Accessed from the living area, there is a double bedroom (opening onto the balcony), 1 twin or triple bedroom (both with air conditioning) and 2 shower rooms, one with WC.

Gorgeous & inviting

Villa itself was clean, comfortable and inviting. We felt at home pretty quickly. The view from the balcony was stunning and relaxing and we never grew tired of it. Most days we enjoyed the villa's pool and games room (table tennis) for a short while before or after going for a short drive to explore the local area.

Very pleasant and will be back. Relaxing and quiet. Had everything we needed except a sunshade we could move to over the bubble-tub, so we didn’t use the tub as since the sun was so hot for us - a first world problem which made little difference to us in reality.Organised really well with Just Sardinia team. We will be back

The villa was very well equipped and the pool was lovely. The location was great if you don't mind your driving. 10 mins to local shop but we visited supermarket after leaving airport and got stocked up. We had a problem with wasps, but this was dealt with promptly. The reps were very quick to answer any questions. Overall a lovely holiday and would return

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa l'Arco! Das Haus befindet sich etwas auf dem Land, daher ist ein Auto absolut ein Muss. Aber man erreicht die ersten Buchten bereits nach 20-25 Min. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Arzachena, und einen kleinen Laden auch direkt in Bassacutena (ca. 5 Min Fahrt entfernt). Die Pools sind super gepflegt, und ein Traum, vorallem für Kinder. Ein toller Ort, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht.

Idéal pour chiller

Idéal pour se reposer, au milieu de la nature, la piscine est très agréable. Le bémol : loin de tout, voiture indispansible. Luca, the handyman, répond présent pour les conseils et les petits travaux ; Franca nous a très bien accueillis et le propriétaire répond à toutes nos questions par whatsapp avant le séjour. Nous recommandons.

Unglaublich schöner Ulaub

Man merkt, dass viel Liebe und Mühe in dieses Haus gesteckt wurde. Sehr sauber und gut erhalten. Sehr netter Kontakt. Sowohl von Huw, als auch von Luca. Wir hatten immer jemanden zur Seite, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Vielen Dank!!! Ganz toll fand ich, dass das Haus gerade auch für Kinder sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Jede Menge Spielsachen, Bücher, tolle Tischtennisplatte und extrem viel für den Pool und den Stand. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Pool ist super, wenn man noch Kinder hat, die noch nicht 1,70 m sind. :-) Es gibt im Pool einen Bereich, indem die Kinder stehen und spielen können. Wir bekamen zwei Handtücher (groß und klein) für den Innenbereich und ein Badetuch für den Pool. Dies ist sehr angenehm, da man die Handtücher vom Stand nicht unbedingt auch zuhause oder am Pool verwenden möchte. Durch die abgelegene Lage war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig und es kühlte in der Nacht auch etwas ab, so dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht viel nutzen mussten. Wir können dieses Haus nicht nur wegen der Lage und dem guten Zustand empfehlen, sondern auch wegen dem spitzen Service rundum. Nochamls vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!!!!

Super gehad!

Fijn en goed contact tijdens en voorafgaand aan ons verblijf. Mooie woning met complete uitrusting. De tafeltennistafel was voor de kids een suc6. Goede complete keuken waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Een tip/wens zou nog zijn een koekenpan. Wel goed om vooraf te weten dat je altijd met de auto moet om ergens te komen. Wij vonden dat geen probleem. Huw.. dank je wel! Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aan andere aanraden.

I love the Gallura region in the north east part of Sardinia with its granite rock formations and the wonderful small coves but most of all the crystal clear waters. For the last few years my family and I have holidayed in Villa L’Arco for 2 weeks every summer, we love it!

Why they chose this property

Villa L’Arco is a popular private villa suitable for couples, families and friends. Set in a secluded rural position the villa offers a swimming pool, balcony, terrace and veranda to relax and enjoy the far-reaching countryside views.

What makes this property unique

The local village of Bassacutena is worth visiting with Café Antico, the Pink bar, 2 small supermarkets and excellent restaurant in the petrol station! Car hire is essential for getting to the beach, for visiting the larger towns of Arzachena, Santa Teresa and Palau (all approx. 20 minutes drive) and exploring the local area.

Winding country lanes lead to the villa and previous guests have commented that “the villa is in the middle of nowhere yet in the middle of everywhere”.

Offering peace and tranquillity, with home comforts, the villa is well equipped to suit those wishing to get away from it all.
