A delightful property to behold during your holiday break with your family. The property has two lovely double bedrooms; and a family shower room benefiting from modern fixtures. The living room is comfortably furnished and a flight of stairs leads down to the kitchen fitted with a breakfast bar and TV. The property has shared access to a patio area and lawned garden with seating and BBQ for guests to use.

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this lovely area or head into the vibrant town of Broadstairs and browse the shops, indulge in cake at the local tea rooms and even try some crazy golf. Broadstairs gives you seven sandy beaches and bucket loads of seaside charm.

Lovely property, well presented. The only reasons for the 4 are I feel the property is a bit small for 4 people and the steep stairs and basement kitchen.

Compact, well equipped two bedroomed property

Ideal location for amenities, but on a busy road so loading and unloading difficult and traffic noise. Well equipped property and nicely decorated and maintained. A bit on the small side for four guests and steep stairs down to basement kitchen.

Very helpful owners. Nothing was too much trouble. The only problems were the space for the toilet caused problems for my son as it was very narrow. and I had difficulty with the noise from the road outside the front bedroom. At times it seemed like people were using it as a race track. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use.
