Eva's Sea View 2 Bed 2 Bath Parking & NO GUEST FEES

A great 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms that we are proud to be offering to the discerning traveller. Located in the heart of the seafront with amazing views and parking this very rare gem of a property is the perfect base whether exploring the wider area or just wishing to have a relaxing stay locally.

Originally named Viking View due to the amazing location and one of the best views of Viking Bay, the main bay of Broadstairs historically named after where the Vikings Landed.
We can sleep 4 adults/children combined plus 1 infant in a travel cot. Travel cot and highchairs are available by request in advance.

Please be sure to select the right amount of guests. If 2 guests are selected the second bedroom will be locked and linen and towels will be provided for 2 guests using the master bedroom.
You have the entire apartment to yourself, there is also free off street allocated parking and bicycle storage too.
Once you have parked up and collected your keys from the key safe you will enter the building via the main front entrance and will be instantly welcomed by the grand entrance of this amazing period building. Straight ahead of you is the entrance to the apartment. Once you have entered there is a quicker route to the car park so please don't unload straight away. The access from the car park has a ramp for easy access to the building.

Upon entering the apartment you will instantly notice how light and spacious Eva's View feels, walking into the kitchen you will see right away that we have tried to equip the kitchen for every type of traveller. We have provided a Dolce Gusto machine with a starter pack of pods for those that enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate. When you look up you will be greeted by the charm of Viking Bay and the gardens, one of the prime spots in Broadstairs with a great view from the kitchen.

The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV and 2 book shelves filled with things to read and play, fun for all the family. At the end of the lounge you are greeted by a 180 degree view out to see and the newly installed bay window seating where you can sit and people watch to your hearts content or why not pick up one of the books and enjoy the space.

The master bedroom has newly installed soft carpet and a super king bed is waiting for you with soft satin stripe linen and your towels will be on the bed. You will notice the dressing table also opens and here you will find the hair dryer and and mirror if required to get ready. There is a blackout blind to try to aid with a lay in.

The master bedroom also has its own en-suite that has just had a minor facelift and has a powerful shower, toilet and sink. You will be provided with an additional hand towel and a shower mat.

The second bedroom is just off the hallway and again will be made up as a kingsize bed as standard. Again you have another dressing table and a wardrobe.

The main bathroom has just had a face lift and you have the luxury of a full size bath. You will also have another hand towel and a bath mat again provided free of charge.

We are now providing a little welcome gift of a starter pack for the property for the first day or so of miniature supplies.

Our second stay and very enjoyable. Beautiful sea view from the lounge and kitchen. All the facilities we needed and a very short walk to the sea and lots of restaurants. Particularly fond of The Tartar Frigate and the Siam Thai restaurant. Hope to stay again.

Did you know as a business we go through some 5000+ toilet rolls a year? We have partnered up with "Who Gives A Crap" and supply triple length toilet rolls made from 100% renewable and sustainable bamboo.

Our cleaning chemicals are in the process of being changed and our office, personal home and some properties fully run off solar with battery storage. We have replaced our vans to the latest emission cutting engines and one is even electric charging from the sun!
