This apartment can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

3 bathrooms (one without a shower).

Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a fantastic location for exploring the city. Situated near the Porto Cathedral, Parque da Cidade do Porto, and Casa da Música, there is plenty to see and do. For dining options, Mercado Bom Sucesso and Capa Negra II are popular choices for restaurants and bars. With its great location, you'll have easy access to all that Porto has to offer.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to two stations. Casa da Música station is just a 6-minute walk away, and Francos station is an 11-minute walk away. This prime location allows for easy access to the rest of the city and beyond.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Great place to stay when visiting Porto

The property is in a great location - close to a wonderful food court and shopping mall. Don't miss the food court - it has everything you could possibly want - all from local vendors! Easy to get to downtown, Ribiera, etc. via the metro that is right around the corner. There is a good supermarket around the corner as well and a few small restaurants on the same street. You can go wrong with this unit.

Photos mensongères, qui présentent un appartement sous des angles qui ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité ! Quelques exemples : ménage non effectué ; pas d'alèse sur les lits ; poignées cassées sur les portes qui mènent à la terrasse ; rideaux mécaniques qui n'occultent pas en totalité dans aucune chambre, avec pour conséquence une prise au vent qui vous empêche de dormir ; traces de rouille sur un sèche-serviettes ; peintures défraîchies avec de nombreuses traces ; le revêtement du sol qui paraît tout neuf sur les photos est en fait très abîmé et rayé et, le pire, le Service clients Abritel, qui bien qu'informé avec vidéos et photos à l'appui, ne nous répond toujours pas après 3 semaines et de multiples appels. Mais cela ne va pas en rester là. Pour synthétiser, location à mille lieux de justifier 1200€ pour 5 jours !
