Enjoy a private perch above Provincetown with 270 degree view from the Monument across to Long Point. This one-bedroom condo with a comfortable twin-sized sleeper sofa will be your hideaway in the heart of town.

Includes a private 350 square foot deck overlooking the water directly across from Long Point Lighthouse. Deck has a grill, dining table, sofa and chaise lounge. Guests also have access to a common deck directly on the beach. (NOTE For 2024 renters, the common deck at the beach level is currently under construction and may not be complete for the 2024 season; the private deck at the unit is unaffected).

Inside you can continue to enjoy a view of the ocean from the dining table or a lounge chair. Inside is light and airy with windows on three sides.

All new furnishings with well equipped kitchen.

A 15-minute walk from the ferry, 6 doors from the Boatslip and Tea Dance, 1 block from Mussel Beach Gym and walkable/bikable from the beaches and all the clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, galleries and everything at the heart of Provincetown.

Superbly equipped, everything working. Incredible views and deck. Quiet even though just a short stroll from the centre. Parking arrangements were easy and not difficult to get to or from off the 6A. Comfortable double bedroom with a handy bed sofa which we used a few times. Comes with superb welcome book that really explains everything. Comms with owners always excellent. I cant think of anything negative at all, this is a real find, we were extremely happy staying here

Best get away ever!

My wife and I found Dave’s place during our search for the perfect p-town stay to celebrate our anniversary. I am super picky and most places do not match my vision. Dave’s place surpassed our expectations! It is well decorated, clean, casual beach elegance at its best! The spot is close enough to walk to everything but offset enough from the center for quieter evenings. The view is truly magical from sunrise to the night skyline. We can’t wait to go back!! Thank you David!!

Great view of P-Town Harbor. Lots of windows provide cheerful well lit atmosphere. Spacious (for P-Town). Best provisioned kitchen of any vrbo. Super deck. Cool electronics. Friendly neighbors. Helpful host.

Bright and airy perch on the water!

This space is a dream for anyone who wants a clean and airy location in town with expansive views of the Cape sky and the Provincetown Harbor. The layout make excellent use of the space and the skylights captured the bay breeze perfectly. Communication with the owners was prompt and detailed instructions for using the appliances, remotes, etc were very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place for a Provincetown getaway!

Everything about this place is absolutely perfect! The location is amazing and the rooftop deck is even better than described. It's so refreshing to be able to get outside in the comfort of the home and nothing can beat the view. We even saw a whale in the bay from the deck! David was incredibly thoughtful in his communication and the care and attention to detail really make this place exceptional. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Provincetown!

Another wonderful week

This is my third stay and I look forward to coming back again. The apartment is perfect - everything I could need. Waking up to the view of the harbor and seeing the setting sun on the hills of the boats at golden hour is magical. David is a great host- responds quickly if there’s any issue/concern.

Great place!

All I can say is that it’s even better than it looks in the photos. The space is beautiful—just know there’s a lot of stairs to the third floor, but it’s well worth the climb. The place is beautiful, surrounded by windows with great water views. We loved it. It’s very comfortable and so well appointed. Everything you might need on vacation is here. The book of instructions/explanations is very clear and comprehensive. The hosts David and Kong are very responsive and super nice. The tandem parking is fine, too. It’s shared with a next door neighbor and very easy to jockey the cars around. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful waterfront space

The property is wonderful, with an expansive deck overlooking the harbor. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. David welcomed us to take anything from the full fridge. We were there in October, so a different experience to summer, but the space was always full of light and a welcome place to come back to after walking Commercial St. When the sun was out, we were able to sit out on the deck to enjoy our morning coffee. Good location, not too far from the bustle of Commercial St but far enough away to enjoy some quiet. The bed was firmer than we like, but otherwise everything was great. We were there for the mid-October storm with 90mph winds, and David was very responsive to my texts, and passed on Eversource communications to us about power. We highly recommend this space! A gem!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at David's place, and it was just as perfect as we remembered it! The view is spectacular, and the unit is well-equipped for everything you need, whether you're cooking in or headed out exploring. Every single item in this place is high quality, thoughtfully designed, functional, attractive, and fun. There are so many little touches of luxury, interesting books and art, and cool home design gadgets throughout - the dish-drying rack, the blinds for the sliders leading out to the deck and the super fancy (but easy!) skylight operating system, the eclectic handmade coffee cup collection, to name a few. The pullout sofa is very comfortable, as is the bed. The owners have really thought of everything when it comes to creating a perfect experience for guests, so there is very little you need to bring beyond your clothes and your bikes! As an added bonus, the neighbors are super friendly. One note for guests traveling near the time of this review (Aug 2023) - the beachfront deck is being repaired, so there is no beach access from the property at this time. Also, if you're traveling with kids, some of the art in the common area hallway is on the "racy" side, so prepare to be asked a few questions! 😊 All in all, this is a top notch unit - the view and location can't be beat!

Best location with a huge deck, the view is breathtaking from the condo out over the bay, the entire wall is glass and is just beautiful, we sat on the deck most of the time and never made it to the beach it was so convenient .

Loved Staying Here

This was fantastic place to stay. The property looks even better than the pictures. It's centrally located. The windows keep the noise from the street out. The appliances and AC are all modern and plentiful, and the furniture and decor are comfortable and full of character. The media set up in the apartment provided chargers, speakers, streaming services, and probably the best selection of books I've ever seen in a rental. The deck is one of the standout features, offering a nice place to read, hangout, grill, or just gaze at the harbor. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Hope to stay here again in future seasons.

Lovely Getaway in PTown

My partner and I had a truly wonderful stay in this cozy, well appointed unit with a stunning view of the bay. The booking/check-in process were seamless, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. In terms of location, there is not a better one. Easy access to the beach and within a 5 minute walk of many amazing restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
