About this property

This special spot has it all, located in the central west end, just steps to commercial with views of the bay, and a stone's throw to the boat slip for t-dance, Spiritus, and all the nightime action. A short morning walk to Joe's for coffee or literally roll down the hill to Cafe Heaven for Breakfast. Come in to town on the Ferry and within five minutes you're at the door. Drive into town, and park in the driveway with one parking spot alloted for the unit. Either way, leave your bags, and your car, and go right out on the town. Amenities include central AC, a fully equipped kitchen, sunny private deck, common patio/grilling space on the lower level, in unit private washer/dryer and huge closets in both bedrooms. You will not want to leave, and will likely plan your return before you do!

Great Ptown Getaway

We had a wonderful time on a weekend getaway to Provincetown in this unit. The location was great for access to both ends of town and the unit was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent both before arrival and during the stay. Would definitely consider this unit again for a repeat stay!

Quaint and Ideal Location

Super quaint 2 br condo. Tight quarters, but efficiently designed for 2 couples. Everything was tidy and well appointed. Stay here for the prime location! Right in the heart of town. We stayed in shoulder season, so things were a bit quieter. There was a little bit of noise the first night, nothing crazy. The second night we used the white-noise machines in our bedroom and noise wasn't an issue. Communication with Sharon, our host, was great and easy. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Perfection

The loveliest home in the most convenient location in PTown. Every single aspect of this trip was uncomplicated. The owner was warm and communicative and I can’t wait to book another few weeks for next summer. Just an outstanding place.

Wonderful place

The condo is comfortable, cozy and well appointed. The location is great, just off commercial street with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We especially enjoyed hanging out the deck.

Renting is bitter sweet as I would like to live here all the time, but life, work, and my 14 year-old have other plans.
