Property was very clean. Could use an update in the kitchen and have more current countertop appliances. Property is perfect location. Everything within a 10 minute walk. Caretaker of unit was very pleasant and made us aware he was available for any immediate needs during our stay. Quiet outdoor private patio area was very nice with grill and patio furniture. Single car parking right in front of unit. Split AC's available in all bedrooms and kitchen. Will rebook!
Wonderful stay, place was very convenient to everything for the wedding we were attending. Easy check in and it had everything we needed for the weekend.
Check in was easy and the location was perfect for us. The bedrooms are very small and the laundry is shared at the back of the building. Since there was no iron, we bought one and left it in the laundry room for future guests.
Perfect location just a short walk to the restaurants/bars/shopping. Cozy 2 bedroom with tranquil patio in the backyard. We hope to stay here again next time we come back to Provincetown.
The place is very conveniently located, well kept and managed! We loved our stay there. Kitchen was fully equipped and ready. Fresh linen and towels were provided.
It’s not a huge house, but it was enough space for the four of us and it’s very convenient to commercial street. Hosts were able to accommodate us when we asked to add an extra day to our stay a month or so before, which we appreciated.
Cute property. Perfect walking distance to everything. Beds were super comfy. Bring bug spray if you go to Race Point Beach. The flies are frisky. Perfect weekend.
The place is in a great location with parking! The house was nice enough, but the people upstairs were SO loud. A child was running around and we could hear loud talking which woke us up at 6:30am on a Sunday!!! Probably won't stay here again.

Small place but with a good location
The overall location of this home is great and there is parking which is really nice. The actual place is very small. The front door walks directly into the first “bedroom” so everyone needs to walk through that to get to the rest of the place. The house itself is quite old so the floors where slanted. Around the bed and underneath was still very dirty but what the eye could see was clean. There were a decent amount of ants in almost every room. Even though we loved the location I would not stay there again.

Location 22 Alden St province town
Location was awesome! Place was a wreck. It's hard to explain but the floor was so buckled it was like being drunk walking around in the place. The floors were so lifted up walking around was a challenge like you were drunk and I don't drink! My 3 year old was having a hard time with the floor. The location was awesome but there is no way I could stay there any longer with the crooked floors. Also it says in the listing "premium tv channels" which is so not true. There is a cable box but you only get the local channels. Nothing premium. Basically antenna but on a cable box. EVERY channel after that asked for a subscription EVERY CHANNEL! I messaged the owner the first night about the channels and did not receive a response till 2 days later 12 hours after we checked out. Only great thing was the location. We were literally 2 minutes away from the center of town. When we were at the place our daughter had nothing to watch in our down time. I know we were on vacation but it specifically said premium tv channels so I thought that she would be entertained on our down time. Especially since we were in a heat wave. 7/29-7/31. When I say the floors were buckled is an understatement. It was like walking up and down hill in the house it was crazy. I've built dozens of houses to say the least so I know what I'm taking about. I can't imagine what it it would be like to be drunk in that place. Probably hit a lot of walls. Wish I took photos but I didn't. Good luck to all who rent.
Very clean. Great location, great parking, easy check in/out process. Furnishings were all new, clean, and comfortable. The bed was amazing, AC was easy and accessible (for those of us who are averse to tech, this was important to me). The home itself is very run down and the flooring is extremely sloped, but it is an old property. As someone with balance and mobility issues, it was a challenge.
We were only in Provincetown for a weekend, but this condo was an adorable place to stay. Location can’t be beat!

Excellent location, average accommodation
Short walk to everything which was great. However, smoke alarms were missing from the bedrooms, floors were very uneven and squeaky. Upstairs neighbors were constantly thumping around. We will be looking for different accommodations for our next visit.
A lovely 2 bedroom, one floor apartment within a larger home that includes a parking space.. A short walk takes you right into town and to the water. We'll be back. We fell in love with Provincetown and its inclusive, creative, historic, and very friendly community.
Very comfortable and homey, with thoughtful touches, and the location is just as perfect as can be - very quick walk to downtown and the brewery. Owners were easy to work with. Parking spot is sizeable.
Great location and apartment, but no help at all from owners
The apartment is pleasant and the location is great. But the check-in instructions send you to the front door, which cannot be unlocked or opened from inside or out -- you have to use the back door, which fortunately a neighbor pointed out to us when he saw us struggling. And although the listing promises cable TV, when we arrived, the screen said service had been canceled due to failure to pay the account. We contacted the owner about both these things, but never received any response at all.
