Beautifully decorated house, clean, comfortable and cosy. Stairs quite challenging for an elderly person and parking a little difficult.Withernsea very isolated - it took ages to get anywhere on the slow and tortuous side roads.

Close to sea and all amenities

It felt a bit strange being in a residential area as google maps made the accommodation look like it was on the sea front which it isn't but the sea is a very short stroll so don't worry about that and the promenade is lovely to walk on. No sea view and steep stairs might put some people off but hosts are keen to please, so please let them know if they can help in any way.

Lovely cosy house in Ideal location

A quiet location ideal for nearness to the beach/promenade. A bonus having private parking at r/o property.The gates could do to be widened as it's a very tight fit for a bigger than average saloon car. Stairs rather steep but manageable(even for us in our mid 70s!)

Lovely Cottage

The cottage had been refurbished to an absolutely 5* standard and was superb. The cleanliness was exceptional. Even though the photo from the bedroom shows a sea view you can’t actually see the sea unless you look to the side as there is a row of houses in front. Withernsea is a tired seaside town and there were clouds of black bugs flying around that spoilt the stay so we did leave a day early. Saying that though the cottage is superb and I would recommend it.
