This lovely and with a dash of luxury property is located among the rolling hills of Pisa area, very close to the enchanting village of Rivalto and Lajatico, the town of the italian opera tenor Andrea Bocelli. It is in a glorously private position and encircled by the most incredible views. The swimming pool has been placed so that guest relaxing may enjoy these from their sunbeds. Villa Francesca is a charming and comfortable villa and it has been completely refurbished while retaining the original Tuscan style with typical stone walls, cotta ceiling and wooden beams.
The fixtures and fittings are of excellent standard and the furnishing are really tasteful.
Ideal for a small party of friends or families, Villa Francesca offers guests a chance to escape and relax in a really secluded environment. But if guests can bear to leave their lost valley Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa Lari, and the beaches of Castiglioncello and Marina di Cecina are all no more than 50 kilometres away for some inspiring day trips. Extra costs are payable at location: Final cleaning 250 euro, Pet 80,00 euro, air conditioning 0,90 euro per kwh.
