Beautiful modern villa in Lagos (Vélez-Málaga) with stunning sea views, private saltwater pool, ping pong table and equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.

The Villa is distributed over 3 floors; on the entrance floor we find a spacious living room with sea views, 45" TV with satellite, DVD and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge combi, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and access to a terrace with sea views. 1 double bedroom with queen bed (with air conditioning), and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning (1 master bedroom with TV and with en-suite bathroom complete with bathtub) plus another bathroom with shower. In total the house has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the upper floor we find access to a solarium terrace. The house has free Wi-Fi.Darts, table football and ping pong table for amusement


It has several terraces, next to the pool and another solarium in the highest part of the house. At the bottom we find a portable barbecue and the private saltwater pool with stunning views.

Located in a quiet urbanization 5 minutes from the center of Torrox Costa by car and 2 minutes from the beach. 14 km from Nerja center.

Sehr gutes Arrangement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in der Location genossen. Man hat einen super Ausblick auf das Meer und kann am Pool die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Wetter war leider nicht durchgehend gut, aber das muss hier nicht viel ausmachen, weil man ja immer was unternehmen kann. Wir sind super empfangen worden und hatten einen tollen ersten Kontakt mit vielen Empfehlungen für Lokale in der Nähe. Danke dafür. Wenn etwas defekt war, wurde sofort repariert. Einfach genial und nir zu empfehlen.

Correcta aunque un poco cara

Bastante adecuada, sin excesos. No hay separación visual con el vecino. A la entrada hubo un incidente porque la piscina estaba muy sucia, parece que por mal uso de los anteriores inquilinos. Sea como fuere, durante 24 horas no pudimos usar la piscina. Yo entiendo que no es culpa del propietario, pero si yo rompo algo, tampoco lo hago intencionadamente, y sin embargo tengo una penalización económico. 3n el caso de la piscina, nadie mencionó ninguna penalización para el propietario. Aparte de este incidente, el resto de la estancia estuvo bien.
