Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung Elba sehr genossen. Sie war bei unserer Ankunft sauber gereinigt und machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Alles funktioniert, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die eigene Waschmaschine einzusätzliches Plus. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und wir hoffen, dass der Eigentümer den Standard der Immobilie erhält und weiter pflegt. Nicoletta und ihr Team ist sehr freundlich und super pünktlich.

Nicoletta è stata veramente gentile,disponibile e molto accogliente. Una chicca il trovare una persona pronta ad accoglierti, per rispondere alle tue domande ed avere un contatto preciso e puntuale in ogni momento. L’alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort e di tutto il necessario, wifi eccellente, che è stato salvifico per alcune sessioni di smartworking che sono state necessarie per mio marito. A prescindere dalla collocazione, ordine, pulizia(eccellente) e dotazione dell’appartamento è stato senza prezzo trovare l’appartamento con i riscaldamenti accesi fuori dalla stagione balneare. All’arrivo era presente tutto il necessario per té, caffè, tisane, il necessario per le pulizie, anche grazie alla gift box di benvenuto, letti fatti e asciugamani pronti. Veramente, grazie Nicoletta e Jens per la vostra accoglienza professionale e umana e la vs disponibilità.

L'alloggio di Nicoletta é ubicato al piano terreno e fa parte di un unico stabile, elegante e ben curato, composto da altri due appartamenti. La villetta si trova in una posizione tranquilla, a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Marina di Grosseto, punto strategico per utilità e divertimento e a circa un paio di minuti da alcuni stabilimenti balneari. La residenza, arredata con gusto, in stile marino, é composta da una cucina, due camere da letto e un bagno ed é circondata da un giardinetto in alcuni punti in comune. Trovandosi al piano terreno, per accedere all'appartamento, bisogna salire una piccola rampa di scale, la quale termina su di una deliziosa terrazza, arredata con tavolo, sedie ed ombrellone. Molto gradito inoltre il posto auto privato di fronte all'appartamento. Nicoletta fin da subito, si é dimostrata una host molto gentile e professionale e al nostro arrivo, ci ha pure omaggiato con un graditissimo regalo di benvenuto. Dieci giorni che sicuramente non scorderemo.. grazie!

Tolle Wohnung!

Die Wohnung Elba ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und sehr schön! Sehr dankbar ist der eigenen Parkplatz und die drei (!) Klimaanlagen. Das Check-in war super einfach und bei Fragen stand die Agentur immer umgehend zur Verfügung! Sehr empfehlenswert!
