Very easy to reach, it is a 5-minute walk from the water bus stop that will connect you to Marco Polo airport and other islands in the lagoon. Leaving the apartment on foot, in addition to finding countless shops, restaurants and cafés, it is possible to reach St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes, the Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 12 minutes.

Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
