Completing the layout on the first floor is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a front patio with seating. Chestnuts Barn make a wonderful base for a Derbyshire break. Note: There is a field and children's play area that is a 5 minute walk away from the property.
