Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.
Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Nice walks from the doorstep. The Victoria Sponge that awaited our arrival, was the best I've ever tasted.
The property was perfect for us. Extremely clean and well equipped. Fab walks from the property so no need to drive for the few days we were there.

Fantastic find!
Very clean and well equipped holiday cottage. Lovely homemade cake to greet us along tea, coffee and milk all provided. Lots of fluffy towels along with some toiletries. I picked this holiday cottage for the fantastic reviews and it didn’t disappoint. A lot of love care and time has gone into this property, we will definitely return.

Pristine, comfy well-equipped gem perched above an Eden-like dale.
An utter delight to stay in this beautifully kept, super-clean and well-equipped home, located in a friendly, picturesque village rich in history and tradition. It was the ideal spot to spend the Queen’s Jubilee weekend! We were particularly bowled over to be greeted with a scrumptious Victoria sponge cake.. The area - immediate and wider - is stunning. Highly recommended - with many thanks to our very kind hosts.

Tree Tops was very clean, warm and well-equipped; we loved our short stay here. Well-located for local attractions and the village itself had many amenities (tearoom/pubs/lovely walks). Only downside was the steep garden as our children couldn’t run about and the garden wasn’t enclosed for our dog. However, this didn’t cause a major problem, mainly because of the time of year so didn’t require the garden that much. It was lovely to have cake, a selection of teas and milk upon arrival. We’d stay again.

When we arrived we had the lovely surprise of a gorgeous Victoria Sponge cake! The cottage was spotlessly clean and very homely. Everything you needed was supplied and more! The terrace area is gorgeous with a lovely view of the trees down to the river. There is plenty of car parking opposite. Lots of great walks can be done by setting off on foot from the cottage, or a short drive away, as well as plenty of places of interest to visit. We had a brilliant stay there. Thank you!

An excellent cottage in a splendid location.
An excellent cottage in a splendid location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tree Tops over Christmas and are seriously considering booking to come back there in the Summer. The personal touches, such as the homemade cake and the biscuits and mince pies added to our enjoyment. Appreciated the Christmas Tree and decorations as well. A first class holiday cottage with a homely feel.
