Beautiful clean house

This house is very nice. The patio area is exceptional. The house has every amenity as described. The location is the only down side for me as the location is quite remote and is not in walking distance of stores or restaurants.

Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht

Die Lage, alles ohne Stufen, sehr gut ausgestattet, Wir waren das zweite Jahr in Folge im selben Haus. Der Preis für die Poolheizung ist zu hoch, andere Anbieter sind da deutlich günstiger. Aber ohne warmen Pool macht es auch keinen Spaß.

Ruhepol in schöner Lage

Schönes Ferienhaus, das an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Recht neues Anwesen Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Anwesen ist komplett umschlossen, ein Stahltor mit Fernbedienung verschafft Zugang zum innen liegenden Parkplatz. Großzügiger Pool. Jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine wirklich komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein riesiger Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist das Glanzlicht. Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, einen Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer, es hat WLan, es gibt eine Außengrill, mehrere gruppierte Sitzbereiche, die Betten sind bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Der Service war schon im Vorfeld äußerst aufmerksam und der Empfang durch einen Mitarbeiter der Gesellschaft sehr freundlich und entspannt. Am Morgen kann man sich vom Krähen der Hähne in der Nachbarschaft wecken lassen. Abends konnten wir lange draußen sitzen, ohne von Moskitos belästigt zu werden. In fußläufiger Reichweite gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, einige Bars/Cafés und zum Zentrum von Arco ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Einzig die steilen Straßen sollte man nicht unterschätzen, aber das wissen erfahrene Madeiratouristen ohnehin. Ein Mietwagen ist nach meiner Auffassung obligatorisch. Weiterempfehlung!
