The spacious 4-person bungalow, Keizerskroon 307, is located in the quiet and spacious Keizerskroon bungalow park in Julianadorp. The Keizerskroon bungalow park is located just a few minutes away from both the shopping centre and the dunes and the beach. All bungalows in the park have their own plot of land, which means they all feature a large garden offering plenty of privacy. In addition, the park offers a number of amenities, such as several playgrounds and a restaurant.

The Property
De Keizerskroon 307 features two spacious bedrooms and accommodates four guests. Upon entering the property through the front door, you’ll find yourself in a hallway. The entryway contains a bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine. From the entryway, you enter the spacious living room, which is equipped with a television and DVD player, a comfortable corner sofa, and two armchairs.

The living room opens onto a country-style kitchen and a spacious dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, an oven, and a spacious refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. The living room has two sets of French doors leading to the covered veranda.

The veranda is equipped with plastic tarps to enclose it, so you can still enjoy the outdoors even when the weather isn’t ideal. On the veranda, you’ll find a comfortable seating area and a round dining table with four chairs. From the veranda, you can step into the spacious, sunny, and fenced-in garden. In the garden, there is a shed with space to store your bicycles.

The staircase in the entryway leads to the upper floor of the house. Here you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed, single mattresses, and single comforters. Both bedrooms have built-in closets. On the upper floor, you’ll also find the small but cosy bathroom. The bathroom features a rain shower and hand shower, a spacious sink, and a toilet.

Dogs are welcome. Additional cost: €30 per dog, per week.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the home. You can rent these from us. The cost is €9.00 per person for bed linens and €6.00 per person for a towel package.
If you bring your own bed linens: Keizerskroon 307 has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) in both bedrooms, plus 2 single-size duvets.
