About this property

Fantastic Ocean View-sleeps 4-Air conditioned in living room and bedroom.

Experience the essence of paradise in our top floor unit. Lush tropical grounds surround two swimming pools and a tennis court. The smell of tropical flowers drift on the wind from over 50 different varieties of vegetation.

Our view extends from South Maui to the exotic offshore volcanic crater of Molokini to the West Maui coastline. In whale season, it's very common to see whales from the lanai. At sunset, enjoy a private moment and listen to conch shells being blown to usher in the evening.

The interior is a tropical decor with tile floors in every room plus a split level A/C unit in the bedroom. One of the few units at Kihei Akahi with A/C in the bedroom.

In the evening, you can barbeque on one of the four grills located by the pools and 'talk story' with other guests then go back and enjoy your evening meal on the lanai while enjoying a sunset Maui style. We know that if you choose to share our 'slice of Paradise,' you will experience the unequaled vacation of a lifetime. We are also hosts to a new short term rental across the street from the ocean. The stay was very clean, the check in process was smooth, and the apartment had everything we needed. The view was amazing and only a few minutes walk to the beach which made our stay relaxing and easy. It was also walking distance to some restaurants and a quick drive to some other locations. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Five nights here in Kihei went by way too fast! We loved the location - beach nearby, restaurants within walking distance, and everything we needed in the apartment. The little touches really made a difference - it felt like someone had actually thought about what guests might need.The host was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond.And the sunsets from the balcony… That was our favorite part. The photos give you an idea, but they really don’t do it justice. Watching the sky change every evening was something we looked forward to.A place we’d happily come back to. Highly recommend!

Great experience. The condo is so well equipped with everything you might need even for the beach, sunscreen, body creams et . Amazing view of the ocean! Very big condo can fit easily a family, very close to everything. Lynette was great and the communication with her. She replied very quickly to all of my messages and also she was very helpful with an incident I had! I can’t recommend enough that property, I will definitely come back here!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very well stocked with linens, beach gear, and kitchen equipment. ACs in both the living room and bedroom kept us nice and cool. Wifi was fast (500mbps).It's a nice quick walk to the beach, with a beautiful view from the lanai. The condo grounds are great too - safe parking, good elevators, warm swimming pools. We would love to return.

Very centralized place to stay in Maui. The complex was well maintained and there are bars, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. The unit was very clean and has all of the amenities that you would want or need whethere it be beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/snorkeling equipment for the beach to a full kitchen to cook (or in my case reheat) grub with. I was visiting during the last set of storms and was unable to stay in Hana as planned- the host was very hospitable allowing me to check in early due to the weather!

Friends vacation

This condo was the perfect location for a friend and I to vacation in Maui for the week. A short walk to the beach, to several restaurants and shops, so close to the airport, and a central base on the island for activities. Spacious for two, including large bed, clean, parking, elevator, beach chairs. Had everything we needed!

Hawaii vacation

Absolutely amazing vacation home the view was top notch better than advertised heavily considering canceling a booking we have in November of next year to booking this condo instead everything you need is at your disposal
