Experience the essence of paradise in our top floor unit. Lush tropical grounds surround two swimming pools and a tennis court. The smell of tropical flowers drift on the wind from over 50 different varieties of vegetation.



Our view extends from South Maui to the exotic offshore volcanic crater of Molokini to the West Maui coastline. In whale season, it's very common to see whales from the lanai. At sunset, enjoy a private moment and listen to conch shells being blown to usher in the evening.

The interior is a tropical decor with tile floors in every room plus a split level A/C unit in the bedroom. One of the few units at Kihei Akahi with A/C in the bedroom.

In the evening, you can barbeque on one of the four grills located by the pools and 'talk story' with other guests then go back and enjoy your evening meal on the lanai while enjoying a sunset Maui style. We know that if you choose to share our 'slice of Paradise,' you will experience the unequaled vacation of a lifetime.

Perfect! My husband and I did a little interisland staycation to see friends. We were next door, conveniently walking distance to the beach and some shops and restaurants. There is suitable beach gear in the condo- chairs, cooler, and if I believe snorkel gear. The view is super! Perfect for morning coffee and sunset wine. Those are the only pictures I thought to take of the place, but the overall condo was lovely.

Friends vacation

This condo was the perfect location for a friend and I to vacation in Maui for the week. A short walk to the beach, to several restaurants and shops, so close to the airport, and a central base on the island for activities. Spacious for two, including large bed, clean, parking, elevator, beach chairs. Had everything we needed!

This condo is in the heart of Kihei and in walking distance of great beaches and close to many places to eat. Condo is well appointed and great for enjoyment away from town. Perfect for a single travelers as well as couples.

Anniversary vacation

We've been staying at Lynn's condo since 2002, it's like coming home everytime. The top floor condo has awesome ocean views where you can watch whales and sunsets from the lania. The location is wonderful. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance.

Loved the top floor location, the amazing views. The unit is equipped with everything we needed even a coffee grinder. Really nice having an assigned parking spot & keyless entry. The complex itself is well maintained, the grounds beautiful. Comfortable beds. All pros can’t think of any cons.

Incredible views, affordable price, great for a couple on vacatiom

Overall we loved the property in Maui! We got in late at night and the owner provided us with all the necessary details, including the check in code weeks prior to our arrival. The property was extremely clean and the description was spot on. The view from the lanai was stunning and waking up to the palm trees and ocean was a real treat. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, which made it very easy to eat meals in it, when needed. The location was right down the street from the beach and great walking distance to local stores and restaurants. The parking space made is easy and accessible. The bed was super comfortable and adjustable for both of us individually. The unit is really best for a couple and no more given the size and the single bedroom. In the summer time (when we stayed in the unit), the master bedroom even with multiple fans running was very hot and uncomfortable at times. The Ac in the living room does not reach this room. Overall we loved the property and would certainly consider staying in it again!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is our second time staying at Lynnettes condo and we will stay again! We are 65 and 70. We stayed for 2 weeks. First, it is lovely. Decorated nicely, plenty of room for 2, but it does accommodate 4. Very well stocked with anything we needed, plus. Very clean. The Bed is fantastic. A sleep number and so comfortable. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit. There was an air conditioner but we never needed it. The communication with Lynnette was great, although everything is set up so you don't even need any help. The gals in the front office were so kind and very helpful also. You could feel their Aloha Spirit. The condo is in the back of the complex so its very quite. I also can say the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. A real source of pride. The pool is a nice place to take a book and chill, and having the grills right there is so nice. The view and the sunsets are breathtaking. This is the top floor, or penthouse as we like to call it. We also saw whales from the lani. So cool. The cooler and beach chairs are a wonderful bonus. We love to sit on the lani and have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. There is a great shade you can pull down if it gets too warm in the afternoon also. We also love staying here as it is walking distance and central to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Right across the street. Free parking is also a bonus. It has a book shelf with tons of books, a cd player which was great, as my husband went to a goodwill and got some beautiful Hawaiian music to play on it. You cant go wrong with this place. Like I Said, we will be back, next time for a month! One other thing. I needed to have some weights and foam roller to use for my back, and i was able to send them to the complex via Amazon, and they were n the unit when we got there! It save me a trip to the gym every other day. Thanks Lynnette for accommodating me! Mahalo nui loa🌴 🌴

Lovely condo. Great view, good location. Appreciated the clean floors, the iron, kitchen and the wall decor. The futon in the living room is comfortable to sleep on. The AC doesn’t reach the bedroom, so the heat became unbearable for a couple of days. I understand the property owner will be updating the unit to resolve the issue. I would return.

Loved the location of this condo. Perfect location with easy walkable access to restaurants and the beach. AC in living room does not quite make it to the master because of the way the hallway is. Kitchen was wellStocked with high end appliances and the cutest dishwasher I have ever seen.

Beautiful homebase for adventures!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in this condo. Both the condo itself and the hallways and grounds are extremely clean and tidy. The view from the sixth floor balcony is amazing and we enjoyed it from dawn until dusk. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed, and the air conditioning in the living room was great to have in the evenings when the breezes died down. This was our favorite condo of any we have stayed at over the years in Maui.

We cannot put into words how devine we feel after our stay. Spectacular view of the sunset, plus wonderful shops and restaurants nearby you can walk to easily while enjoying all the different flowering trees and bushes along the way. Our room was great and is filled with all the utensils you could ever need. So glad we found this home away from home. Will be back again!

Fantastic Stay!

This unit has stunning panoramic views of the ocean and is very comfortable and clean inside. We saw whales from the balcony daily! The surrounding area is superb as well. We highly recommend booking :)

Perfect For Our Holiday

We loved the location on the island as it was close to the beach and restaurants. The rest of the island was easily accessable as well. The actual condo had everything we needed - the view being at the top of the list. The actual property was incredible - filled with native flowers and plants. It really was a week of our own little paradise.

Nice Condo In A Great Location With Amazing Oceanview

We recently returned from a 10 day trip to Kihei and we are very pleased that we chose this condo to stay in. Plenty of space for what we needed, a well stocked kitchen and the view from the balcony is amazing - we saw whales going by on a few occasions and beautiful sunsets! Its also nice to have a designated parking space. The communication with Lynette was great and instructions for the condo were easy to follow. We will definitely stay here again, if its available, when we return to Maui.

Everything you need and the best location!

Everything you need and more! We loved our stay here. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you would need to do so. The beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and umbrella were so great to have! We’ve stayed at several places before and this was by far the cleanest and most equipped place we’ve stayed. The location is ideal,..the beach is literally across the street and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The view was also amazing! Will definitely stay here again.
