Charming flat in front of the sea, where you can enjoy the sunsets and the sound of the ocean. Just a few steps from the stunning beach of Las Teresitas. Located in the picturesque fishing village of San Andrés, very close to black sand beaches and the Natural Park of Anaga. Newly refurbished, lovingly decorated, with Wifi fibre internet, Smart TV, air conditioning and all the comforts. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife.

It is a very cosy and bright flat, ideal for families and couples as it has capacity for 3 people, with a pleasant bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, connected to a small balcony overlooking the sea, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Strategically located in the village of San Andres, a few steps from the beach, ideal for lovers of hiking, the sea and local cuisine.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, washing machine/dryer, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Wifi Internet, air conditioning, and a cot and high chair (subject to availability).

The flat is on the third floor without lift. Located in front of a bus stop and very close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Tolle Lage

Tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade (mit Schwimmbereich) mit Schlafzimmer zur ruhigen Rückseite. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Cafes, Restaurants und Supermärkte, die Bushaltestelle nach Santa Cruz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Strand Las Teresitas ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten wrreixhbar.Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super.

Hallo, "Haben Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genossen " ? Weder, noch ! Die Wohnung war im wesentlichen in Ordnung, mehr nicht. Die Wohnung war ungemütlich und karg. Die Wohnung war kalt (besonders nachts). Mit der Klimaanlage konnte man nicht aufwärmen. Die Küchenausrüstung war sehr knapp. Es gab z.B. keine Kaffeekanne oder Kaffeemaschine. Es gab keine extra Bett-Zudecke, nur ein großes Bettlaken (für zwei). Man musste sich mit der Tagesdecke zudecken. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme waren nicht programmiert. Die Gasflasche war zwischenzeitlich leer. Die Handtücher und Duschtücher mussten zwei Wochen reichen und wurden nicht gewechselt. Der "Balkon" war äußerst klein und schmall.
