This brand new, modern Villa is located near the historic city Zadar, in a small Dalmatian village called Crno. Crno is on the outskirts of the region’s center Zadar (7km), making Villa Enna the perfect choice for those who want to have peace and quiet during their stay, while still being able to enjoy the rich tourist offer of Zadar. Villa Ena is a true brand new modern villa offering relax and luxury feel in every inch of its space. In total it can accommodate 9 guests, so it makes it a perfect choice for families and friends. Interior of the Villa extends on 140m2 and features five bedrooms in total, of which four bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one bedroom is equipped with a single bed. There is also two bathrooms with shower equipped with basic toiletries,  washing machine and dryer. A living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and exit on a terrace overlooking the peaceful surrounding will satisfy all your vacation needs. Exterior of the Villa Enna extends on 670m2 fenced property, and highlighted part of the outdoor area is beautiful heated swimming pool, and a small house next to the pool which has an indoor grill with a dining area. 

As a part of your stay, you can book a private massage therapist. Professional trained staff specialized in maderotherapy and classical massage techniques will, for sure, enhance your vacation. Without the need for you to leave Villa Enna, the enjoyment and pleasure of relaxation is brought to you. On the other hand, if you are more of an adventurous type, the Villa offers beautiful boat trips that will, for sure, remain a beautiful memory of your vacation in Croatia.

Dear guests, please note that there is an additional cost for pool heating, which is 10 EUR/day if used.

Glorious residence!

The villa was so nice, the swimming pool was great, especially for my 16 month old and 4 year old as it was raised I didn’t need to worry. The host was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. I would highly recommend, my family had such a beautiful holiday.

High-end vacation!

This home was the perfect size for our family. The 5 bedrooms were spacious, the 2 bathrooms were ample, there was room for 3 cars. We truly enjoyed the quiet and private outdoor space with the heated pool, lounge area, kitchen and dining table. Melita was a wonderful host and we will definitely return.

Perfect host! We had an awesome time with 8 grownups and 2 babies in Zadar. The house was just as described and shown in the pictures. Glorious residence!

What a wonderful 3 night break to Zadar, Croatia 🇭🇷… we feel super lucky to have found Villa Enna! As a group of 7 (4 adults & 3 older children), we found the villa to be a modern & spacious space that is located near to the airport & is also only 10-12 minutes from the centre of Zadar (& has easy access to links to surrounding areas beyond the city). The villa was absolutely spotless and has everything you could need & more (even little things like welcome biscuits, tea, coffee, vinegar, oil, salt, etc.). The 5 bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds too. Overall the living spaces are absolutely perfect! The outside areas are also fantastic, and like the photos show, you have a heated pool (which our children absolutely loved). There is an undercover seating and dining area, sun beds, an outdoor shower and a bbq room ( which is absolutely amazing 👍). Everything is very well maintained and the space is also decorated with tasteful plants that suit the area. The pool is very clean and our children loved every second…. the pool being heated allowed them to swim everyday, even when there was no sun and it was a chilly day. Last, but by no means least, Melita our host was so absolutely amazing!! She was so easy to deal with, even before we arrived! She was there to show us around when we arrived and she provided us with so much useful local information & tips, including pamphlets too. No query was every too much for her and we were blown away by the special Croatian touches she also provided (so grateful). She made it feel like a home away from home and our honest opinion is that she is one of the best, most helpful and friendliest hosts that we were so lucky to have (1 in a million). This is an amazing villa with everything you could need. It offers comfortable accommodation allowing you to relax, discover Zadar or explore more of what Croatia has to offer. We just wish that we could have stayed longer. DON’T HESITATE TO BOOK VILLA ENNA!!☀️😎👍
