This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Then go out and explore the sights and local attractions of London - there is so much to see and do here

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with Netflix and fast internet access.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 but there is a sofa bed that can be made up for an additional £30 which does technically allow for an extra 2 guests (max 6 people but more comfortable with 4).

In the first bedroom, you will find a queen bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.

There are 2 ensuite shower rooms with toilet and sink and a walk-in rain shower.

Linen, towels, essential toiletries including shampoo conditioner, shower cap and toothbrush, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Staying here allows you access to the shared courtyard garden. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is NOT allowed (although ashtrays are provided outside on the balconies or in the rear patio).
- There is no parking available at the property - there is a multi storey car park at Fulham Broadway and we recommend parking on Musgrave Crescent and paying through the Ringo Ap - worth inputting your card details in advance for ease when you fid a space). It is possible to walk to the back of the building through an attractive tree lined path.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine with pods are included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property for an additional £30 but we do ask they are not allowed in the bedrooms where we have seagrass carpet which is easily soiled and impossible to clean without replacement - but we have wood floors in the living area and corridors. The park at the back of the building makes it a good spot if you have a pet.
- There is a cleaning fee of £100.

Location!

What a cute Flat! The Flat has everything you could need. Perfect for a couple of friends traveling or even 2 couples. But the location is awesome! The #11 bus is right outside the door and the District Line only a quick 3 minutes walk. Yet it is tucked away around a corner that you hear nothing, green space at the end of the Lane. Totally recommend staying here, you will be very pleased.

Perfect flat for the area

Perfect location, close to everything. Everything you need is within steps including the underground. The flat has enough room for 4 adults.Very clean and we'll appointed. Loved the park close by for a quick walk.

Great spot in Chelsea/Fulham road area.

Perfect location. Just as advertised. Great communication with landlord. Terrific setting for our first time in London to attend a Chelsea match. Would definitely stay there again.

Short quick business stay

Amazing spot. Clean place with no lack in smart TV, good internet speed spacious rooms. Don’t stay here if you wanna host a party or play music on very very high volume. However if you’re staying a few days for a business trip or can be quiet. This is the spot to get without a doubt! It’s also close to central which is always a plus and a few gyms
