A beautiful spacious barn conversion with vaulted rooms, a mezzanine floor and courtyard gardens in tranquil South Creake, North Norfolk.

Sleeping 10 + 2, in an outstanding location, just 4 miles from Burnham Market, and a 10-minute drive to the coastal towns of Wells, Holkham and Brancaster.
*Please note the upper level is a family suite and as such you will need to walk through the twin bedroom to get to the king size bedroom, please see floor plan amongst the images*

Cornflake Barn is a luxury grade II listed building, ideal for families and friends holidaying together.

As soon as you enter Cornflake Barn you will be immersed in the large wood beamed sitting area and log stove. The kitchen/diner is equally spacious with room for all to dine.

Cornflake Barn sleeps 10-12 people. Downstairs there are 2 master ensuite bedrooms with super king beds, 1 super king bedroom and 1 king size bedroom.

Upstairs, there is a family suite with 1 king size bed in one room and 2 single beds in an adjoining room, with its own bathroom.

Courtyard gardens
There is ample outdoor seating in the beautiful sheltered courtyard.

A second courtyard to the side, further seating for up to 12 and a Weber bbq.

Parking for 2 cars in the double garage and for 2 more cars outside the double garage.

Please note dogs 2 mature well behaved dogs are permitted.

No Hen/Stag parties please.

Fabulous family friendly house perfect in every way.

Beautiful Barn

This was out 3rd visit to Cornflake Barn. The layout of the barn and the location is perfect for a large family holiday. We will definitely be returning again as we cannot find another property this perfect.

Fantastic long weekend away for 50th wedding Anniversary with family , this is a luxurious barn with great attention to a detail finished to an extremely high standard as as everything you could possibly need and more … great for all ages everyone enjoyed every minute … and communication with Mike and Lorna was exceptional and they could not help enough to make sure we were happy with the stay … would highly recommend and would definitely stay again !!

Perfect family holiday.

Cornflake Cottage is perfect for a large family group to holiday together. This is our second time renting this property. It’s just perfect. Communication with the owners is amazing.

Celebration weekend

Great property for a large group, exactly as described. Good location for touring Norfolk and accessibility to the coast. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, good showers, plenty of kitchen equipment and space for everyone. There was also a very thoughtfully put together, generous welcome pack. We all had a wonderful weekend and wished we could have stayed longer.

A wonderful family reunion in Norfolk

Our family of 12 spent a great week over Christmas at the Cornflake Barn. The Barn was lived up to all its claims and was perfect for our needs. It's well designed and perfectly appointed. And very spacious which meant there was plenty of room for us all to gather together in the lounge or dining room, but also enough for us to find our individual spaces when needed. Overall magnificent accommodation, which we hope to visit again!

Ladies only please.

Fabulous property. Get there first to baggsy the best bedroom and en-suite. All inside and outside social areas were very, very pleasant and large enough for everyone to enjoy together. Plenty of crockery, glasses, and cutlery to go round without washup. Hot tub is huge!! So don’t forget your swimsuit and dressing gowns. Looking forward to the next time. Beautiful Norfolk

We loved our stay in Cornflake Barn. We were a group of 8 and had plenty of space to spread out. We all love cooking and the kitchen was extremely well kitted out, we had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy for such a big house. The beds were very comfortable and well furnished. We would definitely come back, thankyou for a lovely stay.

Absolutely Stunning

Cornflake Barn out did our expectations for our family break with 2 x 2 year olds, a 9 month old and my elderly mother, we had 3 generations of family to accommodate. Cornflake Barn was perfect, spacious and gave everyone their own space with the bonus of the amazing Lounge and beautiful Kitchen Diner. We all enjoyed cooking and eating together and playing games in the evenings. South Creake is a very quiet village with a lovely park ideal for the children. We have already discussed our next trip!

A comfortable, spacious and stylish holiday rental house. Having stayed in many holiday homes, a good deal in Nth Norfolk, Cornflake Barn is easily the best. Every detail, furnishing, facility is so well thought through that makes an away stay occasion such as ours, simply deleightful. Congratulations to all involved. Can't wait for another occasion, which some of our guests were already planning while we were there!

The best Christmas ever.

After a few confirmed covid cases I was worried I would have to cancel our stay at this beautiful Barn. Mike and Linda were very kind and helpful while I was trying to sort what we were going to do. Thankfully the rules were relaxed so the isolation period was shorter. So everyone was still able to come and have Christmas dinner. When we arrived we were in awe, the Barn was just soo beautiful, huge and warm. All the bedrooms and beds were massive. The nautical theme throughout the barn was lovely. It made you feel like you were on your summer holiday in the middle of winter. It was amazing that there was a Christmas tree because if we had brought our own it would have drowned out but the sheer size of the living room. Once all the pressies were put under the tree it was time for bed. Nothing beats waking up the next morning with all your family on Christmas Day. My son was so excited to see everyone it was so lovely to see. He was able to spend unlimited time with all his family which is what Christmas is all about. Plus no one had to worry about who was going to drink and who was driving home. We had such a magical day eating, drinking and talking we forgot to open presents. Those presents didn’t get opened until New Year’s Day. It was just so lovely watching my son with all his family, playing with them and getting them to read stories was my greatest gift. We were able to go one some lovely walks and enjoy the local cuisine on my sister’s birthday I would gladly go back this year if the dates are available. Thank you Mike & Linda we will be back

The cornflake barn was a perfect location for our family getaway. As a family we were celebrating 3 big milestones, 21st, 30th and 60th birthdays and this place just fit us all so well, it was a home away from home! Could not speak more highly on the decor, the spacious bedrooms, as well as communal areas such as lounge, kitchen and dining areas, and last but most certainly not least but hot tub was just perfect! Thank you again to Mike and Lorna for being such good hosts, couldn’t recommend this place more! Will definitely be back again!!

Highly recommended

We had a fabulous stay in the property. We’ve stayed in several holiday places and this is definitely up at the top. The property has a superb layout - giving so much space for everyone to have their own little area whilst at the same time is one of the most social places we’ve stayed in terms of the kitchen dining room lounge area. What we really loved also though was the attention to detail and the high end finishes - from the hand washes, the crockery and the furnishings. I would thoroughly recommend this place and hope we can return again in the near future.

We fell in love with Cornflake Barn!

This beautiful and wonderfully spacious barn conversion made the ideal base for our three-generation family holiday. Designed to the highest standards and including all the facilities and equipment one could possibly want (hot tub! Aga! drying room! books and games galore!) it provided us with two weeks of perfect comfort and luxury. Also a great location for exploring north Norfolk's lovely beaches and other attractions - whatever the weather! Many thanks to Mike and Lorna for their super-helpful and friendly service.
