Excellent Villa Apt accommodation in a superb location with Pool, AC/ WI Fi.

June Ville Villa is made up of 3 self-contained apartments and is situated in one of the most sought-after areas in Mellieha - a tourist village in the northern part of Malta, known as the area of Santa Maria Estate, and located in a cul de sac. The property is comprised of spacious rooms, with modern and excellent quality furnishing and is fully equipped with domestic requirements. The Villa offers 5 bedrooms, can be rented as a whole as private accommodating for 10 to 13 persons or as an individual unit for a family of 4 /5 persons or couples. The large swimming pool is shared with only 2 other apartments rented only exclusively to the resident's holidaymaker, Prices are quoted for the 1 bedroom unit for 2 persons and 2 bedroom unit for 4 persons, there will be an additional charge of Euro 140 for a whole week if another person will join the group, Infants under 2 years will not be charged and baby cots and high chair is provided.
All rooms are spacious with Air conditioning(payable separately according to usage) in all bedrooms, bed linen, and bath towels are provided and changed after a week of your stay.WiFi, TV, washing machine, safe deposit box are also available, at no additional cost.
The apartments are on the same level as the swimming pool together with a children’s pool, which is surrounded by a garden with olive trees and citrus and palm trees a lovely gazebo, and a charcoal BBQ. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and garden furniture for guest who prefers to dine and chill out with a glass of wine.
The pool is split with a shallow baby pool to cater to little kids.The pool measures 950 X 500 cm depth 187 cm Children pool 270 x 270 cm depth 55 cm

The owner can be reached at any time if any problem accords,
Transfers or car hire can also be arranged.

Great stay in Malta

We had a great stay here. Our adult kids loved the pool. Melita was a wonderful host and was always willing to share her knowledge of the island. She kept the place impeccable. We definitely recommend this place and would love to return one day.

Really pleasant stay, 2 bedroom apartment exactly as described. Owners really nice and helpful. Pool was excellent my 12 year old son loved it. Pretty much had to ourselves most of the time.

Delightful accomodation

We stayed in these beautiful apartments for our family holiday in Malta. The apartment itself was great, the pool amazing, and only a short walk to all the local amenities and travel connections to explore the island. We had a great week staying here. Lovely villa, well presented and equipped, with everything needed for stay. Melita, the owner, couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating and helpful, but not intrusive. The town of Mellieha is only a short walk away and full of shops and restaurants etc. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely property, very clean. Pool fantastic for children. Pool shared with 2 other properties only. We hired a car and this was certainly helpful to get around easier. Melita was a wonderful host and a great communicator. Would highly recommend to stay.

Wonderful stay in a very well equiped apartment

We had a lovely stay in a clean and beautifull apartment. The location in Melieha Heigts is very sheltered and quiet but facilities are all at close range. The check inn went very smooth. Melita is a very pleasant host and made us feel at home. The kids had a great time in the pool. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is present.

Great location for exploring Malta

The location in Melleiha heights is great for exploring the Malta and is convenient for the ferry to Gozo. Property is clean and well kept with the helpful and friendly owner living in the same building. Nearby is a good supermarket, and restaurants. Bedrooms have air conditioning on a coin meter so a supply of €1 or €2 coins required. Would be happy to return.

Apartment in Mellieha

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything that we needed but far enough away from the tourists and crowds. It was very peaceful! The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. After a busy day we could return to the apartment and relax, it was very spacious and the pool was a gem for keeping my daughter entertained. The owners were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us.

Worth five stars

Melita looks after you and the property really well. Spacious clean property with lovely pool. Close access to beaches, town and shops and boats to Gozo or Camino. You do need a car. We would totally recommend this property.

Another great holiday

We visited Melita’s property last year when we had our first visit to Malta and felt so impressed by both the property and Melita’s hosting skills that we knew we had to come back again. Almost private villa

The place seems to have only 3 apartments, which is great. Most of the time we felt alone in the swimming pool and around. Its very quiet, clean, spacious and really nice place to stay. The pool is quite big and even has a small pond for little kids. The owner was very helpful and provided as much info as possible. Its about 15 min walk to the main road that has shops and restaurants. Definitely a good place to stay.

Great apartment and pool

Clean and well equipped kitchen, spacious living area and bathroom, plenty of storage space in the bedroom, and a clean, attractive pool area. Would whole/heartedly recommend this villa. Very friendly, helpful host who was happy to give sight-seeing advice. There’s a significant uphill walk to the bus stop, supermarket and restaurants. Buses are frequent and air-conditioned but I wish we’d had a car.

Just returned from a weeks stay in Apt 1 - nice and spacious and comfortable. Melitta is a wonderful host, discreet but available if required for information or advice on places to visit. Good private location, but whilst tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the main town it’s still convenient for all amenities. Melitta arranged cabs to and from the airport for us and we got the tourist bus pass for a week to get around cost 25 Euro. Other guests travelled around via Bolt ( a version of Uber) which was also very reasonable. All the restaurants we ate in were good, quality of food exceptional and people in general very accommodating.All in all a very nice week.

Peaceful jewel in Mellieha

The Villa is split into 3 accommodations, ours was lovely, large, light and airy. The pool is gorgeous and so lovely to come back from some sightseeing to have a dip and relax on the loungers. Although you do share the pool with the other guests for the most part we had it to ourselves. Melita was a wonderful host. Not at all intrusive but there if you needed anything. All in all we would recommend this Villa and will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend

We were a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children. We had the two two bed apartments. Both apartments had everything you needed. I just couldn't fault our stay and would definitely love to stay there again. Great location with walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars and bus stops. We decided not to hire a car but downloaded the Bolt app and travelled in style :-) Thank you Melita for a lovely holiday and hope to see you again xx

Lovely villa in a peaceful area

We had a lovely 10 night stay in Melita’s villa. It’s in a quiet residential area and is wonderfully peaceful. We loved the outdoor area with seating and pool and our two teenagers had so much fun in the water. Villa was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Issue with air con was dealt with quickly and Melita was a wonderful host sharing lots of local information. The villa is a good 8-10 min walk to the shops and bus stop at the top of the road which is fine but best avoided in the heat of the day. For getting about the island we used the bus or took a Bolt (they are plentiful and very cheap). There’s so much to see and do, we will definitely be back to Malta, maybe just not in July which is very hot!
