This is a 1st floor condo in a small condo complex on New Garden Road in Greensboro, NC. Very quiet, small complex with beautiful trees and lawn areas. Location is exceptional. You can walk to great shopping and restaurants or walk right across the street to the famed Guilford Courthouse National Military Park. This Park is well-known in Greensboro for walking, biking, running, etc. Also, the "Bicentennial Greenway" is a 15 mile bike/walk path that runs through the park. It's great for the active person who likes to get outside and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a KING bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bathrooms have bathtub/shower combination. . All linens are provided for this queen as well. The door off the living room leads to a small 6'x10' patio area facing a thick forest.
There are hardwood floors throughout, tasteful decor and furnishings, dishes, linens, kitchen also has corian counter tops, high speed WIFI, Internet/smart 40" TV in living room, Master bedroom has a 24" smart TV, .......every bit of this condo will provide a comfortable home away from home stay.

This is an excellent VRBO. We were visiting family in Gboro for the Xmas/New Year week and much prefer these rentals to any of the not very good or convenient hotels in town. We rented a different apartment from the same owners last year and were very pleased with both places. We will certainly return if the occasion arises. Thanks!
