Welcome to 18 Satterfield Place. This newly listed townhome comes fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, which includes two owner suites both with a garden tub and a downstairs bathroom. It also has beautiful hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and all appliances, including a washer and dryer, and an eat-in kitchen located off the patio. Large sectional seating in the living room, perfect for entertaining with a 65-inch TV mounted over a beautiful fireplace. We were two couples staying at the townhouse. We liked that there were two king beds with their own bathroom. One bedroom was nicer with better furniture— like a headboard instead of just a mattress on a frame. The townhouse was clean and easy to check-in with a code pad on the front door. The photos are accurate and we would consider staying here again.

Thanksgiving trip

We used the property for lodging for a family Thanksgiving at my sisters home nearby. Excellent location and the check in process and communications with the landlord were excellent!!! He was very attentive and any minor issues were correct quickly! Will rent again if available for next November!!!

We booked this place for the pool. The main photo for this listing is a picture of the pool, but don’t be fooled. We were there during a 90 degree week and couldn’t use it. We weren’t told until the day of check-in that most pools in the area don’t open until Memorial Day. To make matters worse, we arrived and saw that the pool looked to be open, so we got our hopes up again, only to find that there is an angry and very possessive goose living inside the pool fence, pooping in the water. Otherwise, the place is fine. It was nice to have two king beds, three bathrooms, and more space than a hotel. It could use some love though, both in terms of cleaning and fixing some broken items.

The home was clean. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that they didn’t supply basics like shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash and coffee. I asked several times what kind of coffee maker it had, never received an answer. I went shopping, got what I needed. I’ve paid less and gotten a lot more. We slept and showered there.
