House for 6 people. (possibility of an extra bed for an additional person). Town center house with 3 bedrooms, 2 with a sea view. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 160/200 bed each and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds). Possibility of cot, or extra bed for an additional person. A bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the ground floor: a WC, a living room / lounge open to the kitchen. Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob.
In the basement: A laundry room: Washing machine, dryer, table + iron. Enclosed garden of 350 m², garden furniture, barbecue and games for children. Close to all amenities: Trestraou beach 10 min walk, town center and market 5 min walk, customs trail accessible on foot from the house.
Lannion 15 minutes by car.
