This is a fully equipped accommodation, with features such as air conditioning and heating in all rooms of the apartment and independent hot water with a natural gas boiler, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary clothing and kitchen equipment.
Its great style and exquisite decoration, inspired by the latest trends in furniture and colour, are the key to a simply perfect stay.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Tourist stays are not permitted.

For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The registration process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, between 21:00 and 02:00 hours, entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

The flat is standard and easy for a short touristic stay, but if you wish to work on line from this place, forget it. The wi-fi only works if you sit in the corner of the sleeping-room but not in the main living room. We warned the owners twice, but it did not change during our 7 days stay. We had a much better wi-fi in the café on the other side of the street.
Also there is the mark a large stain on the sofa, and this does not give the will to sit there. Quite repulsive indeed.
Last point : it was not mentioned before I paid, that the opening of the front and flat doors should be done through the cellphones. I asked for real keys but this was refused. This option requests to activate the 4G and is expensive when you are abroad.
