The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house, located in a private complex with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore, located in a beautiful garden with an electric gate at the entrance.
The apartment outside consists of a large terrace overlooking the lake which is connected to the balcony that runs along the entire house, also overlooking the lake, from which you can access the two double bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room.
On the opposite side of the house there is a small private garden, also for the exclusive use of guests.
From the house you enter the living room, where there are beautiful windows overlooking the lake and from which you can access the terrace.
