The location is excellent and the pool was good to have. The electricity went out everyday, which is normal for Boca chica. However, the inverter worked the first day and no more. I missed a day of work because I didn't have electricity. There was NO HOT WATER. There were bugs in the window sills and thick layers of dust on top of the refrigerator, microwave, and the cabinet in the bathroom. This place hasn't been cleaned and it was terrible for my allergies. If there was more attention to detail, this unit would have much more potential.
