Our only issue was not having hot water for the shower. There was a connector for it in the closet but it did not work despite indicating that it was “on”. The apartment was very hot as there is no cooling device in any of the common areas or in the other two bedrooms. Only the master bedroom had an air conditioner. Couldn’t quite understand the rationale. And returning the keys was a major production too. There needs to be an easier way to do so. It felt inconvenient to everyone involved. We found a load of wet linen in the utility tub that was becoming stained due to just sitting there. Otherwise, it was a nicely laid out apartment.
