It can accommodate up to 6 guests:two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The residence offers outdoor spaces designed for leisure time: children's playground area, garden and communal barbecue. Guests also have access to a condominium swimming pool, private parking on the property, laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, television, independent heating, air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection and hairdryer. Pets are not allowed.
We are in Imperia, approx. 4 km from the Borgo del Parasio and from the city centre, in a quiet location close to charming sandy beaches and to the wonderful sea of the Riviera dei Fiori.
For bike and E-bike lovers, there is a charging point for electric cars, bikes and scooters inside the private parking area, available with a small extra fee.
